Insurance:
Dr. Francis is an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. This means you will pay for your visit at the time of service, but you may be able to get reimbursed at least a portion by your insurance company.
Here’s what to find out from your insurance provider to determine your potential reimbursement:
- Does my plan cover out-of-network mental health services?
- What is the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?
- Do I have a deductible or copay for out-of-network services?
Please note: Dr. Francis is not a member of any HMO/PPO panels and is not currently accepting Medicare/Medicaid patients.
Rates:
- Initial Evaluation: $400 (60 minutes)
- Medication Management: $250 (20 minutes)
- Psychotherapy: $400 (60 minutes)
- Combination Medication Management & Psychotherapy: $500 (60 minutes)
Please note: Rates may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the time required for the service.
